Stop Online Piracy Act.
How far have we come? The U.S government wants to take down or block the vast majority of sites where information is freely shared. For various reasons.. But of course the reason that should be in evidence was the piracy that is the only which "means good things"...
We have to analyze the overall situation, sites like Facebook, YouTube, Wikipedia, will go of the air soon.
I wonder if those sites use or promote piracy? Obviously not, what the U.S government wants is to have more powers than those that it already has choosing what population can or cannot access in the internet. Afraid that us, following the example of other people, create protest's groups on the Internet interacting through social networks as was done in Egypt or Libia.
And teenagers who use the Internet and are lovers od Disney Channel and others from the same company should know that the first to support the idea itself was The Walt Disney Company.
All governments want is to end with total freedom of expression on the Internet, censoring everything that may affect them directly or indirectly! I ask again is this fair?
